FIGA and FWCIGA seek a vendor to perform claims auditing services for closed and open claims. The majority of the audit will involve FIGA claims which are Property and Casualty. There will also be a limited number of FWCIGA claims that are workers’ compensation claims. The Invitation to Negotiate specifies the response date as well as other important dates. Â Interested parties are to reply within the specified dates.
